this is a screencap from last night’s episode of american idol. you will notice that the girl on the right is wearing an insane clown posse t-shirt that details all of the joker cards. in this episode, she competed in the group qualifying round, and made it through to the solo qualifying round, which airs tonight. if she were to make it through to the stage where viewers are allowed to vote for their preferred contestants, is it possible that someone will finally win american idol by means of the JUGGALO STRATEGY?
there has never been a juggalo contestant on american idol before. juggalos represent a massive untapped voting base that are DEFINED by their devotion to their favorite musical acts and to one another. a true juggalo contestant would be able to draw upon this vast resource, bringing it to bear on a competition that could bring unprecedented visibility to this burgeoning subculture. the juggalo strategy, if it were to be used here, could change american idol, and by extension popular music, forever.
